Turkey with Semih Sayginer and individual world champion Tayfun Tasdemir has really done it! At the 35th World Team Championship in 3-Cushion, the nation won the title for the third time in a row and thus entered the history books.
What a triumph for Andrea Quarta! At the just finished WC in 5-Pins, the 40-year-old Italian won the title and thus secured his second World Championship after 2008. In front of his home crowd, Quarta played a great final.
The German billards athletes achieved outstanding results at the World Games 2022 in Birmingham/USA which was crowned with the gold medal of Joshua Filler.
Daniel Sanchez is the new European 3-Cushion Champion! The Spaniard won the title at the continental championships in Berlicum/Netherlands.
At the World 3-Cushion Team Championships in Viersen/Germany, Turkey successfully defended the title of 2019. They beat surprise finalists Colombia 2-0 in the final. The bronze medals went to Germany and Spain.

Sweden’s Torbjörn Blomdahl was crowned world champion for the sixth time in his long and successful career.In a highly dramatic final he narrowly won against the Vietnamese Duc Anh Chien Nguyen with 40:37 points.
